Architecture at UCSD

One of my self-assigned projects is to photograph architectural works while traveling. On a recent trip to San Diego, I photographed architecture at the University of California San Diego. The architecture at UCSD ranges from understated concrete structures to modern designs. The first time I saw pictures of the Geisel Library online, I didn’t believe it was real. I assumed it was a conceptual rendering of a 1950s space-age building. It turns out it is very real.
