Regus Workpsace
The idGROUP, a Dallas-based interior design firm, commissioned our team to photograph their Regus Executive Office Suite project in Denver, Colorado. The goal was to document a partially completed modern workspace and showcase the firm’s ability to deliver functional, polished executive office environments across multiple locations.
The photography was intended for portfolio use and future client presentations, highlighting the space’s potential, unique design elements, and The idGROUP’s ability to manage and execute remote projects effectively.
Challenges
The shoot was constrained to a tight 3–5 hour window, further complicated by the project’s incomplete status and partial furnishings. One of the largest offices remained occupied throughout the shoot, limiting access to key areas.
Artwork presented another challenge. The interior designer was not responsible for its selection or installation, resulting in pieces that were improperly sized, missing, or not yet installed. Window views also varied significantly, with some overlooking a retail shopping center. These challenges were compounded by coordination between the Dallas-based design team and our on-site Denver crew.
Solutions
We addressed these constraints through a combination of strategic styling, efficient shot prioritization, and advanced post-production techniques. Available spaces were styled to emphasize the strongest design elements while working around occupied offices.
In post-production, we digitally resized and placed artwork to create visual consistency throughout the space and selectively enhanced window views where necessary. This approach allowed us to present a cohesive and polished visual narrative, despite the project’s incomplete state.
Outcome
The final images successfully captured The idGROUP’s design vision despite the project’s logistical and physical constraints. The photography presents the space as a cohesive, refined executive environment.
These images now serve as effective portfolio assets, demonstrating The idGROUP’s ability to deliver high-quality corporate interiors and manage remote projects across multiple markets.
